Where to pick up your AWESOME prize ...
- All prizes are available to be picked up at Rock 106 station, our address is 1015 3rd Avenue South
Lethbridge, AB - Prize pickup hours are between 11am-1pm. If that doesn't work for you call 320- 1220 and we'll be happy to make other arrangements
- Office Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Closed 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm for lunch. We're also closed for all major holidays.
How to claim your AWESOME prize ...
- You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID before prizes may be released. If you want someone else to pick up your prize, they must come with a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID (driver's license or birth certificate). The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number. Please note the prize that you won.
- We don't mail out prizes
- Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases, i.e.. trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner's behalf.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. There will be no substitutions.
